Journalists and guests stand next to a mock-up of the new international airport after a ceremony in Mexico City, Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2014.

The centuries-old town of Atenco on the outskirts of Mexico City is set to become the site of the city's new airport.

But people living there are out to stop the process. They've held protests and although more than 20 people have been killed in fighting with police they say they'll continue to demonstrate against it.
