Belgian social media users flooded Twitter with cat pictures early on Monday after Belgian police asked people not to share posts about police movement in country’s capital Brussels for the safety of ongoing anti terror operations.

The move came as Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel announced another day of lockdown on Sunday in the city due to the fear of a possible Paris-style attack in which 130 people were killed.

People from another countries also tweeted cat photos showing support to Belgians.
