The verdict is expected on Friday in the trial of Geert Wilders, a right-wing Dutch politician who frequently makes statements against Islam and immigration and has called for banning the Quran. He was charged with insulting a racial group and inciting hatred after encouraging his followers in March 2014 to denounce Moroccans.
