Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatseniuk announced on Wednesday that Ukraine would accept a Russian offer to remove reciprocal transit bans on road cargo.

"They're allowing (transit), we will too under terms of reciprocity," Yatseniuk responded.

Last week the Ukrainian government decided to ban Russian cargo trucks from passing its region in retaliation to Moscow’s recent blockade on Ukrainian vehicles.

Diplomatic and trade relations between the two have suffered following the Russian annexation of Crimea and a pro-Russian separatist conflict.
