UK’s top court to rule on landmark Brexit case

Seven months after the UK’s vote on leaving the EU, the country’s top court will rule whether the British government can start Brexit talks without the parliament’s nod.

Britain’s Supreme Court will give its ruling on Tuesday in the legal battle over the UK vote to leave the European Union.

The court will decide at 0930 GMT on whether to allow Britain to begin exit negotiations from the EU without parliament giving the go ahead.
