As B.B.King's health worsens legal matters are becoming a problem. Three of King’s 11 children took King's long-time manager Laverne Toney to court.

The 89 years old  blues singer was taken to a hospital in April after suffering from diabetes. Last week on a Facebook post he explained that he was receiving care at his Las Vegas home.

Two of the children said they suspect the manager of stealing his money and neglecting his medical care. All three complained they were blocked from seeing King in home hospice care.

Family Court Hearing Master, Jon Norheim said investigations found no evidence of abuse or reason to take power of attorney from Mr Toney.

The judge also added "Mr King has counsel. I don't have anything here that says he lacks capacity. He has some serious health issues. But he has counsel. If he feels like he's being taken advantage of, he has remedies," he said.

King suffers from diabetes and is currently in home-hospice care, He did not attend the court hearing.

King’s daughter Karen Williams said  "We lost the battle, but we haven't lost the war."

His eldest daughter Shirley King said "I'm not too sure things are right. But my dad would never want this," she said.
