Typists in India confront an increasingly obsolete technology

For many typists in India, the future appears dim as the country shifts more and more towards the latest technology.

Computers in many countries are everywhere: at home, in school and on the job.

But India is one of the few places in the world where typewriters are still a part of everyday life. Even there, the end of an era is coming.
