The United States and coalition forces carried out 23 air strikes on Friday against ISIS in Iraq and Syria, coalition sources said.
In Syria, six of the air strikes hit ISIS positions near Hasakah, targeting vehicles and staging units.
Coalition forces also pounded areas near Aleppo, Kobane and Tal Abyad, the Combined Joint Task Force said on Saturday.
In Iraq, coalition warplanes targeted areas near Falluja, Makhmour, Mosul and Sinjar.
A US-led international coalition has been carrying air strikes against ISIS in Iraq and Syria since last August.
More than 4,200 air strikes have been conducted in both countries since the campaign began.
ISIS currently controls large swaths of Iraqi territory, including the country’s second largest city Mosul and Ramadi - the capital of Iraq’s western-most and largest province of Anbar.
