At least 23 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli security forces since January 1, 2015, according to a report which released by the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) on Sunday.
The report also said that 2,156 Palestinians have been detained by the Israeli military since beginning of this year.
Meanwhile, the PLO added that in the first half of this year alone, 131 homes belonging to the Palestinians have been destroyed in operations carried out by the Israeli army.
According to the report, at least 42 Palestinians were killed by Israeli army in same period of 2014.
In July and August 2014, Israel launched the 51-day “Operation Protective Edge” in Gaza Strip and killed more than 2,100 people, mostly women and children and injured another 11,000. On the Israeli side, 67 soldiers and six civilians were killed.
