The number of responsible groups have risen to three for the attack on a luxury hotel in Mali which left at least 19 people dead, after the Massina Liberation Front (MLF) on Sunday claimed the responsibility.
The MLF, which has carried out several attacks in southern Mali, became the third responsible group for the hotel siege which had already been claimed by Al Mourabitoun and al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQMI).
Unidentified gunmen stormed in Radisson Blu hotel in Mali's capital Bamako on Friday and took 170 people as hostages for hours. The siege ended after Malian commandos raided the hotel and killed two attackers.
The incident is the latest string of terror attacks from Beirut, downing of Russian jet in Sinai and Paris.
