Serbia beats Turkey in EuroBasket 2015 group game 91-72

Turkey lost against Serbia 91-72 in the EuroBasket 2015’s fourth Group B game on Wednesday.  

Serbia finished the first quarter 16 points ahead with the score at 30-14, while the second and third quarters ended 53-35 and 71-59, respectively.

Turkey will now play against Iceland on Thursday.

The competition of four groups and 24 teams began Saturday with group games in four locations across Europe. The top four teams from each group will advance to a single-elimination tournament beginning Sept. 12 in Lille, France. The finalists will qualify for next year's Olympic Games.

Turkey currently stands second in Group B, having beaten Italy and Germany.
