Germany's Bayern Munich are set to sign Chilean midfielder Arturo Vidal from Italian club Juventus on Thursday, said Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
According to the statement made on Bayern Munich website, Rummenigge said: "I can basically confirm we have agreed to terms with both parties, Juventus and the player. All that’s missing is the medical and signature on the contract. If everything runs normally, he’ll start training with us next week.
Vidal (28) won four Italian Serie A titles in a row with Juventus since the summer of 2011. This past season, he went to the Champions League final with the Italian club.
Chilean international Arturo Vidal also won the 2015 Copa America.
