Turkey’s Prime Minister and the chairman of the governing Justice and Development Party (AK Party) states that the capacity of Turkey is apparently enough to fight against any militant group threatening country’s safety on Wednesday.

Speaking at the AK Party’s group meeting “We have power to compete not only with three militant groups, Turkey is capable of competing with even 33 militants groups at the same time,” Davutoglu said.

Reminding the recent anti-terror operations against militant groups like PKK, ISIS and the far-left militant group DHKP-C “The operations will continue until all the groups disarm and leave the country,” Davutoglu stated.

Davutoglu strongly emphasised that “If somebody intends to any of our citizens’ life, we collapse the world around him wherever he is!”

Turkish security forces have detained 1,302 suspects across 39 Turkish provinces since the nationwide "anti-terrorist operations" began on July 24.

The operations came after the outlawed PKK increased its attacks on both police and the Turkish Armed Forces and that killed several security officers after the Suruc suicide bombing allegedly carried out by ISIS, in the Suruc district of the southeastern Sanliurfa province claimed 32 lives on July 20.

“These attacks have three steps: their first targets are Turkish Republic, democracy and human rights. Second target is public safety and the third target is international esteem of Turkey,” Davutoglu claimed.

Pointing the pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) members Davutoglu said “I call the ones who call for peace now, especially HDP supporters, where were you when we requested to condemn ISIS terrorism in Suruc on July 20 with a mutual declaration?”

“We will reply their call when they condemn PKK as they condemn ISIS and come to the table with them. Both for us and the public, they will stay at felon’s dock to account for as long as they do not condemn PKK,” Davutoglu stated.

He underlined that there is no governmental gap in Turkey, the AK Party is ready to take any initiative to compensate whatever the political and legal results are, Davutoglu said and added they will never give up precautions against attacks.
