PKK terrorists carried out a roadside bomb attack late on Sunday in Turkey’s southeastern province of Sirnak, in where three Turkish police officers died and four others were injured.
Turkish security sources said the attack occurred around 11:30 pm (2130 GMT) in the Idil district of Sirnak, close to the border with Syria.
Security forces are continuing operations in the region to seize the PKK terrorists.
The PKK is considered a terrorist organisation by Turkey, the US and the EU.
The terrorist group continues its armed campaign which was launched in late July.
Since then, almost 300 people including security officials and civilians have died due to PKK terror attacks.
