Venezuelan children face acute malnutrition crisis

Paediatricians report a 200 percent increase in new cases of children with severe malnutrition in Venezuela.

A recently published report by humanitarian organisation Caritas Venezuela, shows a severe deterioration in the diets of Venezuelan children under five years old. 

According to the report, 68 percent of Venezuelan children are suffering from some level of malnutrition.
