A painting by English artist John Constable, "Beaching a Boat, Brighton," (1824), will go up for auction on Thursday at Christie's in London, and could sell for more than a million dollars. If it fetches that amount, it will be among a growing number of artworks that have broken records this year.

TRT World's Vanessa Conneely has the story.
