These Japanese and North Korean citizens hope to forge peace amid conflict

North Korea recently threatened its regional rival, Japan, with war after Tokyo led a diplomatic effort urging the United Nations to establish a blockade against Pyongyang because of repeated nuclear tests.
But despite the political tension between the two governments, the relationship between its peoples is somewhat different.
