Infant mortality rates continue to drop in India thanks to a government funded network of female health workers.

Babies in India have a better chance at life today, as infant mortality rates continue to drop. 

That's because of a government funded network of female health workers that's ushering in change at the grassroots. 

Ishan Russell reports from Raipur in India's Rajasthan state.
