The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions related with onboarding, personnel affairs, compensation and benefits


·         Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed

·         Welcoming new employees to the organization

·         Providing employees with equipments based on their titles

·         Doing necessary request for user accounts and entrance cards for the new hires

·         Explaining basic human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees

·         Answering HR ticket requests related with lost ID cards, contracts, business cards

·         Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating on ERP system

·         Preparing HR onboard & exit report, basic staff cost report monthly


·         2 - 3 years Human Resource experience is an asset.

·         BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

·         Effective verbal and listening communications skills

·         Ability to prepare reports on excel

·         At least upper intermediate level written and spoken English

·         The ability to work effectively as part of a team and alone

·         Ability to work effectively on own initiative and in a team environment with commitment to personal and professional development

·         Organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information

·         Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels

·         Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you

·         Ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner

·         Advanced level at MS Excel and Word

·         The ability to prioritize and cope with last-minute changes

·         The ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure
