Administrative Specialist – Procurement & Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintaining a healthy, efficient and effective workflow without disruption at TRT World by taking action and providing direction to staff that are required to meet administrative needs of departments and units at the right time, in the requested way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making purchases of goods and services deemed necessary to meet the needs of the corporation.
  • The operation of units, within the work premises, power stations, cleaning services, indoor tea / coffee stands, in an orderly manner.
  • Making sure the cafeteria in the Headquarters building is meeting the needs of staff; service quality, food hygiene, in an orderly manner.
  • The organization and orientation system of Front desk/reception staff.
  • The organization and orientation system of security personnel, security camera systems and Access Control Systems.
  • Making necessary modifications such as construction, decoration and so on, with the approval of Management to fulfill a service.
  • Managing the order and delivery of flowers, wreaths, etc. requested by Management for celebrations, condolences and events alike.

KEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Working in similar position for 5 years.
  • Good written and spoken English and Turkish
  • Associate Degree in Bureau Management & Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and/or Social Sciences
  • Minimum associate degree graduate.
  • MS Office Program Knowledge necessary
