Traffic and Scheduling Specialist is responsible for helping the Head of Advertising sales and sponsorship to generate revenues by helping him/her on his/her different missions.



  • Implement sales strategy and pricing
  • Help on sales and manage representation agreements
  • Contribute on sales maximization
  • Develop and manage relationship with some partners 
  • Communicate with agents
  • Report work progress to management
  • Attend and represent TRT World to key industry events and markets
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and business practices 
  • Prepare prospect list and contact list
  • Prepare sales presentations and offers.
  • Compile research data (when available)
  • Coordinate scheduling and a material traffic
  • Coordinate special production or customization with promo team
  • Liaise with editorial team
  • Compile has runs reports
  • Follow-up with invoicing and collections


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Media
  • One year of international ad sales (International News experience would be a plus)
  • Knowledge in Pan regional 360 degree advertising sales and international audience research
  • Knowledge in digital dales, news and advertising industry
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
