A group of doctors in Egypt are taking their skills to a restaurant to provide healthy and nutritious food in a market they believe is riddled with unsafe food.

Their kitchen is modelled on an operating theatre, and the doctors have incorporated medical terms into the names of the dishes.

A group of doctors in Egypt are taking their skills from the operating theatre to the kitchen.

In order to provide healthy and nutritious food to residents in the city of Damanhour, these full-time medical practitioners pooled their resources and invested in a fast food restaurant.

They say they want to fill a gap in a market which they believe is riddled with restaurants selling unsafe food.
