A group of doctors in Egypt are taking their skills from the operating theatre to the kitchen.

In order to provide healthy and nutritious food to residents in the city of Damanhour, these full-time medical practitioners pooled their resources and invested in a fast food restaurant.

They say they want to fill a gap in a market which they believe is riddled with restaurants selling unsafe food.
