Residents of besieged towns in Syria's Homs region desperate for food
An independent research group - The Syria Institute - says more than 200 thousand people have been trapped in the besieged communities of Hom's ever since.
Aid can't get in - and people can't get out. That's the reality for tens of thousands of Syrians living in three towns north of Homs - in the country's west.
They say - their communities have been under siege for more than three years - and they're almost starving to death.
TRT World's Sarah Balter reports.
