Turkey says UN vote shows "dignity and sovereignty are not for sale"

At an emergency session of UN, 128 countries voted in favour of a resolution declaring the US president Donald Trump's decision on Jerusalem "null and void."

The UN General Assembly has adopted a resolution against the decision of the United States to move its Israel embassy to Jerusalem.

More than 120 countries defied President Donald Trump on Thursday and voted in favour of the resolution. 

Washington says those who voted in favour will pay a price.
