An age old rivalry between Saudi Arabia and Iran is fuelling conflict in a country that is divided along sectarian, tribal and military lines.
After initially denying any responsibility, the Saudi-led coalition says on Sunday it is ready to launch a probe into the "regrettable and painful" strike that killed more than 140 people.
According to MSF, the attack resulted in the deaths of 10 patients and a staff member of the aid group
