US chipmaker Intel has scored a legal victory in a battle against the EU Competition Commission after a court scrapped a billion dollar antitrust fine imposed more than a decade ago.
The Italian Competition Authority has hit Apple with a $151 million fine and Amazon with a $77.29 million penalty.
Google is accused of promoting its shopping service in Internet searches at the cost of rival services in a case that has dragged on since late 2010.
