After Bosnia's 1995 civil war, 31,500 people were reported missing. Since then, 25,000 victims' have been exhumed but 6,500 are unaccounted for.
A mass grave, containing the bodies of around 40 men, was found by the Iraq's army in the western Iraqi city of Ramadi. The army believes that the men were executed by Daesh.
Daesh murdered up to 600 inmates from Badush prison in 2014, according to a Human Rights Watch report. Most of those killed were said to have been members of Iraq's Shia Muslim majority.
