Elon Musk's spat with caver Vernon Unsworth started last week after rescue teams rejected Musk's offer of a mini-submarine created by his rocket company SpaceX to help rescue a 12-member soccer team and their coach trapped inside a flooded cave.
Thai Navy SEALs say the last members of the trapped football team and their coach were rescued late Tuesday, ending an ordeal that lasted more than two weeks. The operation also claimed the life of a Thai rescue volunteer.
With more rain coming, rescuers in northern Thailand are racing against time to pump out water from a flooded cave before they can extract 12 boys and their soccer coach with minimum risk, officials say.
Rescuers located the 12 boys, aged 11 to 16, and their 25-year-old coach alive deep inside the partially flooded cave in northern Thailand late on Monday. They disappeared when flooding trapped them after entering the cave on June 23.
