Thirteen inmates killed and two others wounded in yet another bloody fight in a notorious prison, says the South American country's prison authority SNAI.
The tragedy occurred at a prison facility in the city of Tulua during an escape attempt followed by a fire, Colombian authorities say.
Most of the prisoners who fled the jail after at least 44 inmates died in a grisly prison riot were recaptured, officials say, but 20 are still at large.
The death toll from prison riots rises to nearly 80, as family members arrive to claim the remains of their loved ones.
