Musicians and music-lovers are digging up rare vinyls to give a new lease of life to a music genre that had the world grooving to its beat in the ’90s.
Following the opening night in Madrid, they head to Munich and then on to Liverpool to play at the city's Anfield football stadium in what will be their first gig in more than 50 years in the hometown of The Beatles.
The duo musicians created a hard-rock pandemic anthem called “Eazy Sleazy” which Jagger said is about coming out of lockdown "with some much needed optimism"
Several UK musicians wrote an open letter to British Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden asking for aid to support the live music business.
"A walk in the park!" Mick Jagger said in his first tweet following the surgery, prompting thousands of fans, including fellow rockers Lenny Kravitz and Jools Holland, to send their good wishes.
