Turkish authorities detained three railway agency employees suspected of negligence over the high-speed train crash in Ankara which killed at least nine people and injured 47 others.
No injuries or casualties were reported in the attacks on the Justice and Development Party's office and the police headquarters.
Police detained the man, identified as Abdulgadir Masharipov, in Istanbul's Esenyurt district. Masharipov was wanted by the Turkish police for allegedly gunning down 39 people at Reina, a popular nightclub, during New Year celebrations.
The assailant shot dead a police officer and a civilian as he entered the Reina nightclub before opening fire at random inside.
The explosion took place near a police station in the Yenibosna district, leaving ten people injured.
