Cameroon defeats Egypt for African football crown

This was Cameroon's fifth African title and first since 2002.
Cameroon won the African Cup of Nations football title in an entertaining final against Egypt on Sunday.
Cameroon's Vincent Aboubakar scored a goal in the final minute of regular time to seal the victory in Gabon's capital, Libreville.
The 2-1 come-from-behind victory earned Cameroon its fifth African title and first since 2002.
