Turkmenistan launches futuristic city in honour of former president
Turkmenistan is unveiling a new futuristic city called Arkadag, in honour of ex-President Kurbanguly Berdymukhamedov. The new city will consist of smart houses that residents can control via their smartphones and will only allow electric cars.
