Southeast Asian leaders are gathering in Indonesia for their final summit this year. But this gathering is beset by a number of divisive issues with no solutions in sight. Among them are Myanmar’s deadly civil strife, new flare-ups in the disputed South China Sea, and the longstanding rivalry between the US and China. Nicholas Morgan reports.
