Kremlin: US responsible for consequences of giving Ukraine depleted uranium shells
Russia has condemned Washington's decision to send tank-busting missiles to Ukraine. The Kremlin described the uranium tipped shells as inhumane, despite already using the weapons themselves. But the slightly radioactive rounds won't arrive in Kiev until the end of the year. Our Europe correspondent Simon McGregor-Wood has more.
