EU ministers convey steadfast support for Ukraine's defence
EU Foreign Ministers gathered in Kiev for a historic meeting on Monday to convey their steadfast support for Ukraine's defence against Russia. The EU's foreign policy chief Josep Borell announced fresh security guarantees and emphasised they will not abandon the warring country. Vesko Garcevic from Boston University weighs in.
