Biden says he's optimistic that a hostage deal can be achieved
President Biden spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the last few hours, in which they discussed efforts to release the hostages held by Hamas. On Tuesday, Hamas offered to release up to 70 Israeli women and children in return for a 5-day ceasefire. Our North America Correspondent Jon Brain reports.
