Irish humanitarian NGO, GOAL has been providing a vital service for the people of Syria's Idlib for several years, repairing and maintaining water infrastructure for the benefit of hundreds of thousands of people. Now, it's suspending that service, leaving local people without basic needs. Yusuf Sosar reports.
