At least four dead and 35 injured in Russian missile attacks
Russia fired cruise and ballistic missiles across Ukraine on Wednesday. At least four civilians have been killed and 35 others injured, including a pregnant woman. The attacks targeted six regions and three major cities, including Kyiv, where the EU's top diplomat, Josep Borrell is on a two-day visit. Claire Herriot has more.
