Scores killed in massacre in Sudan's Gezira state
More than 100 Sudanese have been killed in a single day in Wad Al Noura village in Gezira state in an attack blamed on the Rapid Support Forces, according to local activists. The group is now seeking to advance into the centre of the country as the UN warns that the people of Sudan are at "imminent risk of famine".
