Russia declares state of emergency in Kursk
Russian President Vladimir Putin has slammed Ukraine over what he calls an invasion of Russia’s southwestern border region. A state of emergency was declared on Wednesday in Kursk as heavy fighting continued for a third day. Russian officials say Ukrainian forces have killed at least four people and wounded over two dozen others. Malik Fuda has the story.
