China shuts down international adoptions programme
China's recent decision to close the door on international adoptions brings an end to a programme that has secured families and homes for more than 160,000 children over the last three decades. Critics have questioned the rationale behind the move but some of those who were part of the system say it comes as a relief. Roeland de Bruine reports.
