Russia offering incentives to boost birth rates
As Russia continues to record its lowest birth rates in decades, the government has accelerated incentives for Russians to have more babies. In what officials call a 'special demographic operation', legislation will be introduced to encourage a more traditional outlook among prospective parents. Dasha Chernyshova has more from Moscow.
