Electoral commission says South Sudan ready for first election
Thirteen years after gaining independence, South Sudan is yet to hold a general election. In September, the transitional government extended its term by another two years, citing a lack of electoral preparedness. But, as Brenda Radido reports, the election commission insists it is ready.
