Bulgarian ship Vezhen suspected of damaging cable
The owner of a Bulgarian shipping company says one of his vessels may have damaged an undersea Baltic cable by accident. Swedish authorities are investigating after another undersea cable was damaged on Sunday, this time between Latvia and Sweden. Paul Hawkins has the details.
