Mexican drug lord 'El Chapo' found guilty

In 2017, El Chapo was extradited to the US after being captured by Mexican authorities. He ran one of the world's biggest drug cartels - which was notorious for violence and murder and responsible for smuggling billions of dollars worth of narcotics over the Mexican border into the US.
