Korea Tensions: Pyongyang invites S Korean president to visit

North Korean Leader, Kim Jong-un has formally invited his South Korean counterpart for a visit. He sent his sister to the Winter Olympics to hand deliver the invitation. It's the first time since 1950 that a member of the Kim Jong family has set foot on South Korean soil. Staci Bivens has more.
