South African President Jacob Zuma has survived yet another scandal, after his ANC party voted down a motion to impeach him. Days before, the country's highest court had ruled he had failed to uphold the constitution by failing to pay back millions of dollars of public money he had spent upgrading his home. Zuma has rarely been under so much pressure - with a row over his links to the billionaire Gupta family also fresh in the public's mind.
