At least 125 dead in stampede at football stadium in Indonesia

The stampede happened after police used crowd control measures to disperse angry fans swarming the field. Police say they were disappointed at losing a home game after 23 years of victory. But many are questioning the use of teargas on the crowds, as well as those who ignored guidelines meant to keep the match safe.
