At least 35 killed at children's day-care centre

At least 23 children and a dozen others have been killed in an attack on a daycare centre in Thailand. Authorities say the gunman was a former police officer, who went on to kill his wife and child, before shooting himself dead. The prime minister has called it a shocking event and ordered an urgent probe. Liz Maddock has the details.
